For prospective clients new to the world of VA services or who might need to evaluate how much support their business will require, our ‘adhoc’ support option gives you flexible support as and when your business requires.

Start with a minimum of 1 hour per week at £35 per hour paid in advance of support being provided.

You remain in control and can choose to increase or decrease how much support you need anytime.

This option is ideal for clients who are familiar with the world of VA services and who know how many hours per week/month they require.

With our ‘retainer’ contract option you have the advantage of access to guaranteed regular support. Retainer work always takes priority over adhoc requests.

Retainer contracts start at a minimum of 8 hours per month at a rate of £35 per hour. Clients are required to make payment in advance of support being provided.

Hours are tracked on a weekly basis and clients are provided with a report on work completed each week.

Our ‘bespoke’ support packages are developed with our clients to suit their specific business needs.

This is the preferred option for clients that have a specific project and deadline requiring specialist VA input and support. An example of this could be, reviewing, streamlining and introducing new systems to help scale a business.

A bespoke package will detail the project brief, key performance indicators, timelines, responsibilities and outcomes to ensure clarity for both client and VA.

Prices for these packages are individual to each project.
